Chemik Healthcare Services and Hospice offers private home Healthcare services to individuals who are unable to function in an independent capacity on their own, but who require watchful oversight and/or supervision.

We are licensed Home and Community Support Services Agency (HCSSA) by the state of Texas. We have been accredited by the Joint Commission of the Accreditation of Healthcare Organization from 2017 to  2020 (JCAHO). We are zero deficiency agency as of 2023. 

Chemik Healthcare and Hospice main goal is to provide quality personal support services that assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL’s). Services will be supervised by individuals licensed as Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), with services provided by those licensed as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in the State of Texas.

Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide services on hourly and/or visit basis to meet whatever professional care needs are required or requested.

• Regularly assess the nursing needs of the client.
• Participate in the establishment and implementation of the client’s service plan and coordination of face-to-face initial assessment of the client at the client’s home of residence.
• Provide nursing services as needed, and in accordance with the client’s service plan.
• Report problems and progress of client to supervisory personnel or the client’s personal/primary physician.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) help with personal care such as bathing, feeding, toileting, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, taking vital signs, and other medically related activities.

Companion Sitters are caregivers trained in the area of companionship, sitter services, household operations, including home management and housekeeping.
